Awesome place with great wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a lovely snack bar. On my first stay, the staff kindly brought me a cold drink in the heat. Don't miss the amazing breakfast! I'm coming back for Xmas.

The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise with an extensive selection of freshly made local pastries and high-quality espresso that truly set the tone for the day.

There seemed to be a significant use of plastic around the hotel, including items like TV remotes and robes, which felt out of place in such a charming setting.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find our supposed 'Superior Mountain View' room was more akin to an economy suite in the basement, utterly mismatched from the photos online. When we raised our concerns, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, showing us a photo that barely represented our actual room. To make matters worse, the rude attitude of the host was frustrating, making our stay feel worse than it already was.

The hotel offered beautiful mountain views from our room and featured a scrumptious breakfast with a good quality selection. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room warm during the summer, and the absence of a bar fridge was inconvenient. It is a great spot for a peaceful vacation with its charming ambiance and excellent service, but be prepared for an uphill walk back from town after a long day.

The charming atmosphere of the hotel and the delicious buffet breakfast were highlights. The free shuttle to the ski lifts was a true convenience. However, the steam room was out of service during my visit.

The staff were downright very nice, especially Chiara who was always there to help us with all our needs. The breakfast spread was something else entirely, with local treats that made every morning worth waking up for.

It wasn’t the cheapest stay but honestly, it was worth every penny.

The room was beautiful and super comfy! We had a large balcony with amazing mountain views which made it even better. The bed was cozy, and everything was really clean. Just a heads up, the walk back from town can be a bit steep but worth it for the views. Really loved the ambiance and little touches throughout the hotel.

This was just a proper fit for a holiday in Ortisei with good value for money. The room was large, clean, and had a nice balcony overlooking the town, which added to our experience. Make sure to walk to town. it's close enough but be ready for the uphill return.
